General Practitioners (GPs) or Psychiatrists who wish to make a referral to our practice can do so by completing a Mental Health Care Plan. Medical Clinics or clients can then send the scanned referral documents to use via email as a PDF. This will entitle the client to rebated sessions. We can assist in processing the rebate for for clients. They will need to pay upfront, then after processing the claim, the rebate will be paid directly into the client's account.

If a client has a specific psychologist from our practice in mind, then please address the referral letter to that therapist, otherwise it is OK to simply send the letter to Healing Grief International / healinggriefwithiadc.com.

Only Medicare-registered therapists are able to provide services eligible for Medicare rebates.
